General Return Policy

  • Retail customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible products.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by G2 Diesel Products.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@g2dieselproducts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be included with the return shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.

G2 Diesel Core Return Policy

For Retail Customers (30-Day Return Policy)

1. Eligibility:

  • Retail customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return cores for a refund.

  • Cores must be returned in the original packaging with all components intact.

2. Condition:

  • Returned cores must be in an acceptable condition for remanufacturing.

  • Cores should not be damaged, disassembled, excessively worn, or missing critical components.

3. Process:

  • Contact G2 Diesel's customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at sales@g2dieselproducts.com.

  • The RMA number must be included with the return shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by G2 Diesel.

4. Refund:

  • Once the core is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Cores that are damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not suitable for remanufacturing will not be eligible for a refund.

  • G2 Diesel reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

For Commercial Accounts (90-Day Return Policy)

1. Eligibility:

  • Commercial accounts have 90 days from the date of purchase to return cores for a refund.

  • Cores must be returned in the original packaging with all components intact.

2. Condition:

  • Returned cores must be in an acceptable condition for remanufacturing.

  • Cores should not be damaged, disassembled, excessively worn, or missing components.

3. Process:

  • Commercial customers must contact their G2 Diesel account representative at sales@g2dieselproducts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • The RMA number must be included with the return shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by G2 Diesel.

4. Refund:

  • Once the core is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and delivery location.

  • We primarily ship using UPS.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on UPS real-time rates with a 25% handling markup to cover packaging and logistics.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • We currently ship within the United States. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact sales@g2dieselproducts.com.
